Godzihra VS Sashanator

Prime time viewing last nite. Sasha the Beagle has made the trip to the Sekret Mt. Hideway. Again, all things are hers. She's staying for a few days while mommie is on a trip.

After settling down to a light snack of TemperPedic foam, she used her Super Beagle Powers (SBP) to transform into a beagle shaped piece of kinetic rubber. She then proceeded to bounce off furniture, walls, beds, floors, me.....etc for about 90 minutes. After that, it was a quick trip to the bed for a few bites of nourishing foam, and then more bouncing.

After almost 2 solid hours of attempting to induce seismic vibrations on the Loma Prieta fault, it was off to the kitchen for house work. I had been meaning to clean the floors, but my best work with a Swifter paled next to hers. Beagles have evolved into perfect floor cleaning machines. Their ears fall to the floor in front of them and serve to 'push' debris into the eating zone. She had the entire floor spotless in 5 minutes. Knowing the reputation of beagles for perfection, she hoovered the floor a 2nd time, just to be sure.
Speaking of Swifters, she was eyeing it greedily the entire time. Swifters are a known part of the major food groups of Beagles. You can look it up.

Who knows what delights await tonight?

test

Jeezus!

How friggin long does it take for your friends to post your bail?

Ah well, I'm out. Out and back.

I spent most of the day cruising bike porn at mtbr.com. Best part is I'm doing it from work.
After swearing off the high $$$$ bike parts for the better part of 3 months.....I find myself driving by bike shops late at night. Sometimes I don't even need anything, I'm just compelled to drive by.
Yesterday, I went in. It never was even fair. They had a glass display case with lots of those Chris King shiny bits and stuff. I swear I was just lookin.
An axle is not a hub. It is a part of a hub. It is a 45gram tube of aluminum, that fits between the bearings and is stuffed into the hub.
Mine broke.
I needed a new one. The broken one worked, it just couldn't be 'serviced' and would eventually need to be taken apart.
What better excuse to drop $100.00 and buy a 'new axle'. Oh, lest I forget, I needed the specific brand of oil for the hub. Manufactured by the maker of the hub, 3/4 oz....yep......$11.00.
Chris King is overhyped, overpriced, fragile stuff.

That's why I'm saving up for their new headset and bottom brackets when they come out.
