Damn! Poor girls in a fix. That's why I'm here.

Lucian,

I am truely sorry to hear of your plight. I know the good lord, Our Father protects and comforts those who have lost.

Yesterday, I told my congregation of your situation. We shall pray for you.

Thank you for contacting me. I hope my congregation and myself are able to help you in some small way.

Your offer sounds generous. Something like this could benefit my small church. Of course, I will have to discuss and pray over this with my staff. We meet once a week at Cletus Bodines House O' Grits. Good brother Rastus serves as our Minister of Finance/Fish Fry Ombudsman. His word is usually final on financial outlays. He is however a 'born banker' and businessman. His family came over from Jeppestan after the war. They were quite influencial in the international monetary world.

Funny how the Lord sees fit to reward those who have taken so much from you.

We would like to help.
Feel free to contact me.

Sincerely,

Sweet baby Jeebus......they replied back!

Dearest Reverend Piffle,

Its is our desire to take you in our trust. Thankyou for hearing of our hardships. This will be a most simple consideration. Are you willing to take our transaction informatioin to your Bank. If we are able to do respectful business. When your mr. Rastus is agreeing we can take your bank information to transfer. My brother and I are willing to come to your country to assist and for the suriety you must require.

Thankyou for your consideration as we shall both be helped with this.

Miss Lucian Desmond

This is fun!

My dearest Lucian,

Yes, I've recieved you letter dated 23 August. I must say, I am more than a little excited at the prospect of doing business with your corporation. Brother Rastus gave his blessing on our intended transaction. The prospect of being able to help the Church of the Bloody Baby Jesus is all that he really is concerned with, as am I. I know this transaction has the potential to help us both financially.
When my great-great Grandfather, Seamus V Piffle opened his little church in 1879 he knew the Lord would test him with hard times. Those times are now, Lucian, now.
I am hoping to finalize our transaction before the next elder meeting in October. The elder meetings are open to public review and accounting. That is why it would be better for my church to have our matters finalized before then.
Much peace to you and your brother.

Dearest Reverend Piffle

I brother and mine are most happy for your considerations. I think it bvst if I give you the matriculation numbers of our family bank in New York city. You can see that we are most trustworthy and friendly business partners. We can arainge a transaction of finances so that you can see we are of good faith. If you are able to carry on with our business, please contact me forthwith for the following information. We are most excited to be in business with your church. we will no doubt have a successful business opportunity.

Miss Lucian Desmond

My dearest Lucian. All apologies for not writing sooner. What else can I say? I will have to delay our transaction for a little bit. Early Tuesday, Br. Rastus had a small medical issue. We were vexed greatly, as the police were involved. Br. Rastus is currently under sedation, and we are praying for him. When he has healed, and our attorneys can complicate the pending charges, we are hoping to transfer him to a rest and recovery home, somewhere offshore. Does your country accept political refugees? I believe Br. Rastus would be most agreeable to some sort of 'trade'. I don't know if sexual congress with livestock is a crime in your country, but some here are taking it quite seriously. This is especially troubling, since Br. Rastus is the sole intendant of the accounts in Switzerland and St. Croix. Without that account information, I'm afraid I alone wouldn't be able to complete our business proposal.
Please let me know of your intentions at your soonest opportunity.
Sincerely,
