Poodle Supervision

Had to fix a kitchen faucet yesterday. Slow leak, needed replacing...that sort of thing.
Of course, since the original had been 'salvaged' no doubt, in an attempt to sav.....uhh....be cheap, it was in bad shape.
Ended up killing the old faucet (and a fair amount of the sink) since 3ft. bolt cutters aren't the approved method of removal. It did however work.
Enter Maggie. I'm laying on my back, half under a smelly, wet, old, kitchen cabinet trying to reach the pipes. What better time than to come in and 'supervise' It's her job. The finder of all dropped things. Poodle supervision. The scrutinous eye of the Poodle. "Need that wrench?...no ya don't, I'll just grab it and carry it over to the couch" "That stuff you took out from under the sink?.......it's gone....I'm taking it all." Piece at a time. (Poodles have tiny mouths and can usually only carry off single tools at a time)
Fortunately, the job was finished in less than 3 hours. Just in time to give her a bath.
